Mit erfolgreicher Bestellung und Bezahlung eines Tickets über Wix Events kommt ein verbindlicher Vertrag zwischen dem Ticketkäufer und dem Veranstalter zustande.

4. Programmänderungen
Änderungen von Vortragenden, Workshopzeiten oder Programminhalten bleiben vorbehalten und berechtigen nicht zur Rückgabe des Tickets.

Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Der Veranstalter haftet ausschließlich für Schäden, die durch Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit verursacht wurden.
6. Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
Mit dem Besuch der Veranstaltung erklären sich die Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erstellt und für Zwecke der Berichterstattung sowie des Marketings verwendet werden können.
